Dave started his career for Honda working at Leesburg Honda and Criswell Honda in VA and MD. While at those locations he quickly became a gold level salesman averaging 25 cars a month. After meeting his beautiful wife he moved to Pittsburgh where he found his greatest success in the automobile industry averaging 40 cars a month, soon becoming one of the top ten volume sales consultants in the U.S. for American Honda. Always salesman of the month and salesman of the year in his district. He becomes the record holder for 57 cars in one month in the mid-Atlantic region. While selling cars he developed an unbelievable customer base with a great loyal following while maintaining above national CSI averages of 99.7%. After his success in selling, he went onto pursue his goals of managing where he helped supervise and train 10 men. While averaging 150 new cars a month and 50 used cars a month. He helped increase volume for the dealership 30% and total gross profit 20%. Taking the dealership from number 5 in the district to number one he helped to implement goals and forecasts for the dealership. While developing new processes for the sales and finance departments. After conquering the foreign market he took on his next challenge in the domestic market. At David O'Neal Chrysler and Jeep he helped to increase volume new and used 30 to 40 percent, and increased total gross profit 25 percent. While there he oversaw the development of salesman by training and implementing processes. Though his stay was short he once again proved that foreign or domestic. He was a fearless leader for all with great integrity, aggression, and endless ambition. After the dealership scene he joined the Main Event where he was a closer, finance manager, and team leader. Never averaging less than 4000 a copy at any staff event. As a former Army Ranger he leads in a manner of true values with an absolute dedication to his men. An endless ambition to be the best leader he can be. He is now onto his next challenge Vice President of Field Operations for Impact Power Event.
